Please note: a receipt will be sent to the donor (i.e. to Chateau Ste Michelle if they donated wine to you, and you put them as the contact).

Please provide as much detail as possible - i.e. "5 bottles of 2018 Chateau Ste Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon" (vs. just "wine").

Also, make sure to include any restrictions - specifically for trips/stays if there are black out dates - and you must include an Estimated Value.
